Surprise your loved ones with a ‘Sweet Sugar Kiss’ on Valentine’s day. In Denmark we call these small meringues ‘Kiss Cakes’ – so naturally we think they are ideal for love letters and sweet greetings. Recipe for Sweet Meringue Kisses
Ingredients: 3 egg whites, 2 dl sugar. Optional: 3 drops food colouring
Whisk egg whites until stiff. Add sugar little by little while still whisking. Add food colouring. Use a piping bag to form your little kisses on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour on 100°C. Let the meringues cool before serving them to your Valentine!
